We’re looking for a driven Account Manager!

24 Solutions is a leading company in cloud infrastructure and managed services with a strong focus on high availability and security.

We are now expanding our team with another key player as Customer Acquisition Manager / Account Manager and are offering a position in an exciting and dynamic environment with excellent personal development.

As Customer Acquisition Manager you will be offered a central role with great responsibility and a great opportunity to influence your work. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, put together the best team and negotiate in order to convert these opportunities into new projects. You will have a central role, in contact with both customers and our internal staff.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a lot of drive, ambition and who is business oriented. You should have a good general knowledge in IT infrastructure ideally from hosting, managed services, cloud providers or from ERP and other software vendors.

You have good communication both face-to-face and over the phone and feel comfortable with cold calling. You burn for identifying opportunities, negotiating and closing deals.

You will report directly to the sales director and be part of the customer relation team including presales, technical account manager, account managers, etc.

Desired skills and experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the ICT field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and/or Cloud related products involving cutting edge technologies

Education

  • Academic education is seen as a plus but not mandatory
  • Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing

Professional skills and knowledge

  • Have a natural drive and can work on your own
  • Very service minded with an understanding for business
  • Structured and creative at the same time!
  • Strong commitment and focus
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation. Positive, professional and social.

We sit in a new and modern office in Sickla, a few meters away from the nature and a large shopping center just outside the door.
