24 Solutions appoints new Service Manager

24 Mobile Advertising Solutions subsidiary 24 Solutions appoints Karin Dahlberg as Service Manager on September 27. The company takes the step to further ensure that customers are completely satisfied with the Hosting Services regarding deliveries and service.

24 Solutions is a company specializing in data storage and accessibility. The company offers everything from minor operational solutions to complete outsourcing of IT environments that can contain hundreds of servers and thousands of clients. Earlier this year, 24 Solutions became PCI DSS certified. 24 Solutions thus meets the requirements of the leading credit card providers Visa, MasterCard and American Express that put high demands on managed services and storage of information for payment cards.

Customers’ confidence in the company is large, which increases the importance of good customer relations and customer support. In order to ensure as well as keep high quality service, 24 Solutions has decided to reduce the gap between the customer and the company.

Karin Dahlberg has worked at 24 Solutions since spring 2009 as project manager at the company with great responsibility and influence over Hosting Services.
